Meet Jaclyn Wolf, DNP, FNP-C

Jaclyn Wolf, DNP, FNP-C was raised in Leonard, MI and graduated from Lutheran Northwest High School in 2007. She received her Nursing degree from The University of Michigan, Flint then worked as a Med Surg Float Nurse at Ascension Genesys while going to school for her Doctorate. Jaclyn attended FNP school at The University of Michigan, Flint as well. She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jaclyn’s medical interests include preventative care and helping patients in the community. Her hobbies include spending time with her friends, cooking, music, spending time with family and exploring her farm with her husband and kids.
